The Uprising!
An uprising is defined as, “to rise to a higher position, to come into view,especially from below the horizon.”
While in prayer the Spirit of God spoke to me and said, “The United States is like a sponge that has absorbed enormous amounts of spiritual water from many different streams. He also said that as a new sound of praise, worship and prayer begins to come forth, this sponge will be squeezed, and there will be a supernatural release of these heavenly waters that will be released across this nation, and that the nations of the world will once again turn their eyes towards the U.S., not in disdain, but to witness the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit at work. He continued by saying that many will come as this spiritual renewal and awakening spreads throughout churches and ministries alike.”
Then I heard the Spirit of the Lord speak these words to me. He said, “I want you to raise up a ministry of praise, worship, and intercession that will be known as The Uprising, and it will spread northward to Canada, and from the east coast to the west, and that a single thread will unite Christians across this nation, and that is to establish God’s governmental authority over this nation once again.”
It is time for God’s governmental agents (you and I) to rise up and take their rightful places of authority over the affairs of the earth. After all, we are the manifest presence of God’s kingdom and authority here in the earth.
God’s earthly kingdom has bowed itself to the kingdoms of this world far too long, therefore surrendering spiritual authority. We have succumbed to the lies and deception of the enemy, rendering ourselves impotent. But God is raising up a people that will be His people and His governmental authority, which will make an open show of the devil once again, even as Christ did when He spoiled, exposed, and triumphed over the enemy before all principalities and powers in the heavenlies.
